In south-central Burma (Myanmar) is a small village called Yeni. It’s a smelly spot; local gullies and streams are choked with thick gooey sludge from the local sugar cane factory. But it’s a place where locals are working hard to make life better. This is the first video of a series I shot and am producing for the Salvation Army’s International Social Justice Commission in NYC.
