t is startlingly large… and most of us don’t know it. The continent is about 11.7 million miles² (30 million km²), which is big. That’s big enough to fit the USA, China, India, Japan and much of Europe within its borders. And that’s what artist Kai Krause did with his inventive map – The True Size of Africa.
