Assignment overview

eaving on Tuesday for a two week reporting trip to Greece, Albania and the rest of the Dalmatian coast. The original 
plan was to spend a week (or so) on Mount Athos and then a few days in Albania and slowly up the coast to fly home from Trieste. But after booking the flight I discovered I couldn’t get one of the ten daily entry passes to the Holy Mountain allowed to non-Orthodox men. Hmmm… so I’m now thinking of heading toward Meteora in Greece and hopefully find some stories of substance. If I do, I’ll stay but if not, I’ll head toward Albania faster and spend more time there.
